Get up to $5,655 per semester if you're pursuing a master's degree in education and commit to teaching for five years in New York State.

To be eligible, you must:

• Be enrolled full-time in a master's program at SUNY or CUNY that leads to initial New York teacher certification
• Have a 3.5 GPA or higher from your undergraduate degree and maintain it in grad school
• Have earned your undergrad degree from a college in New York State
• Live in New York State and agree to teach at a public elementary or secondary school in the state for five years after graduation
