Hudson Valley offers several 2-year degree programs in education, including Early Childhood A.A.S., Early Childhood Administration A.A.S., Early Childhood and Childhood Education Studies A.S., and Liberal Arts and Sciences – Adolescent Education (Teacher Education Transfer), as well as one-year certificate programs, including Early Childhood Administration Certificate and Teaching Assistant Certificate. The next generation needs bright minds to lead the way and Hudson Valley’s programs do just that, by preparing you to become a teacher in schools serving birth to grade 12.
“As my freshman transfer school, I ended up choosing Hudson Valley. The small class sizes, the wonderful professors, and the amazing resources helped me justify that decision from day one. If you were to walk into an education classroom, one of the things you’d see is a small class size with a responsive teacher at the front of the room. Our professors actually stand and teach. We aren’t taught by TA’s here; we’re taught by professors who are experts in their field.”
