Hunter College School of Education, part of the City University of New York (CUNY), is dedicated to preparing deeply thoughtful and effective teachers, administrators and counselors. With a mission to address societal inequities through education, the school serves a diverse body of over 3,000 students. Known for its rigorous programs and strong community partnerships, Hunter boasts a high success rate, with over 90 percent of graduates passing state teaching certification exams on their first attempt and finding employment within six months of graduation.
